New US$1 design
Unfortunately, I don't know who the author is of this design as it came to me via email but I would be delighted to give that author credit should I find out who that is. Boris Epstein
It will be interesting to see if Orlov answers your question and what would he adivse. I asked the same thing pretty much - why isn't he moving to Russia since since according to him it offers better collapse - and I think my message was censored since I dont see it posted.
