I have already noted that some of the cases the Bush Administration expected to become major terrorist prosecution have ended up being not quite that,- the defendants were either arraigned on other charges, or had their cases dismissed entirely. As this tally indicates, the results of the "War on Terror", at least within the US borders, are less than impressive.
