Local events in New Hampshire to commemorate the fifth aniversary of 9/11

The following is from an e-mail I just received.

Monday, Sept. 11, from 5 to 6 pm: The Seacoast 9-11 Questions Committee, Seacoast Alliance for Democracy and Seacoast Peace Response will have a sidewalk march in Market Square and adjacent areas of downtown Portsmouth displaying signs with major questions we have 9-11. The questions are as follows:

Why were warnings of attack ignored?

Why did World Trade Center Building 7 collapse?

Why withhold video of plane hitting Pentagon?

Why didn't Bush leave the school at once?

Why did Bush try to prevent a 9/11 investigation?

Why wasn't Ground Zero treated like any other crime scene?

Was the 4th plane in PA shot down?

Who has benefited from 9/11?

Why was no one fired after 9/11?

Why didn't USAF fighters intercept any planes on 9/11?

The public is invited and encouraged to join in this march. For further information contact David Diamond at ddiam@ttlc.net or phone 603-749-9159.

Monday, Sept. 11, from 7 to 8 pm: There will be a candlelight vigil in Market Square in Portsmouth to commemorate the victims of 9-11 and of the wars that resulted from 9-11. The public is invited and requested to bring their own candles and candle holders. The vigil is being sponsored by the Seacoast 9-11 Questions Committee, Seacoast Alliance for Democracy and Seacoast Peace Response. For further information contact David Diamond at ddiam@ttlc.net or phone 603-749-9159.

Wednesday, Sept. 15, at 6:30 pm: There will be a showing of the film "911 Press For Truth" at the Rye Library, 581 Washington Rd., Rye, NH. The showing will be followed by a discussion. The film is premiering in the US and around the world the week of September 11, 2006. According to the film web site, the "Jersey Girls" and the 911 Families play big roles, stripping away the cover-up and leaving the questions, bigger than ever, behind. This showing is being cosponsored by the Seacoast 9-11 Questions Committee, Seacoast Alliance for Democracy and Seacoast Peace Response.
